As far as small things go, fixing some bugs, as well as the occasional frame rate drop would be nice. Things like being able to buy and sell a bunch of items at once, or making the armor upgrade system less tedious would also be welcome changes.
Some more significant things I would change would be improving quest rewards, which would allow you to feel like you actually did something worthwhile, and making the shrines look aesthetically different from each other to keep things varied is a must.(that goes for the divine beasts too.) But perhaps the biggest thing I would change is the third phase of the final boss fight, Dark Beast Ganon. It would have been so much cooler to fight the ghostly aberration seen in the beginning of the game, instead of what we got. Anyway, those are the main changes I would prioritize, but I’m sure I would come up with more to implement, the more I think about it. The possibilities are endless.
I’d also give the player some way to counter that annoying rain.
Remove weapon breaking first off I know some people might say “it makes it more realistic.” But at the end of the day it’s just annoying I mean come on there is canon text in skyward sword saying it’s the shield of the gods for crying out loud.
