All weapons except for the master sword cam break but the master sword is highly resilient before running out of energy, the hylian shield is the best possible shield to have in the game as well as it takes forever to break

all but the master sword which can run out of energy and requires a recharge period of 10 minutes. the hylian shield is the most resilient shield in the game and the only way to get another one after it breaking is talking so someone on a rooftop in tarry town after completing the “from the ground up” sidequest, which you get after buying and fully upgrading the abandoned house in hateno village. also the calamity ganon and dark beast ganon boss fights are the only time the master sword is completely unbreakable
