Is Breath of the Wild only set in the Child Timeline now?

If you saw the trailer for the sequel, we saw what appears to be the mummified corpse of Twilight Princess's Ganondorf.

If you remember, in Wind Waker, Ganondorf's body turns to stone and is then erased with the rest of Hyrule (except apparently the Master Sword).

For the original timeline, I heard Ganon turns to ashes.

Therefore, the only original body of Ganondorf left intact from his first death in any timeline is Twilight Princess's Ganondorf. If I interpret the sequel trailer correctly, then the sequel at least has to be set in the Child Timeline only, as neither of the other ones has a Ganondorf body left intact.

Unless, Ganondorf reincarnated two times in both, was killed then with his body left intact, then reincarnated again before becoming Calamity Ganon.

Otherwise... They previously said Breath of the Wild is set separately in all three timelines, but what if they decided it's just the Child Timeline now? That with Hyrule gone, Ganondorf never reincarnated in the Adult Timeline, and for the original timeline, he'll probably return again sometime?

Can someone clear this up for me once and for all?

For the Fallen Timeline, the only conclusion that I can come to is that Ganon DID indeed get resurrected, but not during the events of TAoL. Instead, it's after, and it's during some unnamed legend, where the Hero is still victorious.

Similar can be said with The Wind Waker's ending, where there's some unnamed legend of Ganondorf coming back, but is then mummified.

It's possible, I guess. Like, Vaati was clearly destroyed in The Minish Cap, while Four Swords established he was sealed away in some other battle that wasn't Minish Cap, so someone must have resurrected him, and Link of that age probably killed his resurrector and sealed Vaati in the Four Sword, in events not made into a game, between Minish Cap and Four Swords.

So Breath of the Wild is still at the "end" of each of the three timelines then? Whether or not the sequel fits in with all of them?

New theory: each link is independent of each other and creating a timeline is stupid

BotW is the type of game where I think its events are inevitable, and that no matter what happens, it will take place. This is why I still think it's still at the end of all three timelines.

Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, and Phantom Hourglass at least are sequels to Ocarina of Time, and the three games Vaati is in are connected. The official History of Hyrule book specifies the three split timelines, but it was before Breath of the Wild.

Not all Links are independent. Such as in Majoras Mask, it was a sequel type event to Ocarina Of Time. So therefore a timeline is important to see the evolution of games and how sequels are formed from past games.

Between that book and the creators' word on Breath of the Wild, here's the timelines:

Adult Timeline: Skyward Sword, Minish Cap, Four Swords, Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Breath of the Wild (maybe)

Child Timeline: Skyward Sword, Minish Cap, Four Swords, Ocarina of Time (Child events only), Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, Four Swords Adventure, Breath of the Wild

Fallen Timeline: Well, I never really paid much attention to this one. But the original NES games are in it, and Ocarina of Time as its prequel, except Ganondorf kills Link there. Thus, would be preceded by Skyward Sword, Minish Cap, and Four Swords as well.

^^^Fallen Timeline: Skyward Sword, The Minish Cap, Four Swords, Ocarina of Time (anytime the Hero dies/fails), A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages/Oracle of Seasons (optional order), A Link Between Worlds, Tri Force Heroes, The Legend of Zelda, The Adventure of Link, and (maybe) Breath of the Wild.
