As hinted from GameInformer's interview with Eiji Aonuma, we may be revisiting the same Hyrule from Breath of the Wild.
Many people feared that the game would be too easy, too boring, and too similar to Breath of the Wild. However, that's not necessarily the case especially when looking back at the teaser.
Make note of the scene of Hyrule Castle. Notice how the Divine Beasts are not present? Or those spires that surrounded Hyrule Castle? We may not be seeing 136 Shrines and 15 Towers scattered across Hyrule anymore, nor would we see 4 Divine Beasts overlooking the kingdom. It also may take place a good chunk of time after BotW, meaning we would see parts of the kingdom rebuilt.
Think of it like Fortnite (yes, I'm drawing comparisons with a game I dislike). That game has a huge world, but its locations constantly change throughout each Season. Perhaps there's a chance that we may get a change to some of our favourite locations.
