Aji is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Aji is a Goron who can be found at Goron City in the Eldin Canyon region of Hyrule. He runs the Protein Palace a BBQ joint which sells roasted food to tourists and non-Goron visitors who come to Goron City. Despite potentially endangering his own business, he even points out to Link that one can roast food by just placing it on the ground in Goron City as the volcanic heat can literally roast raw food.
