The Ancient Bladesaw is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is chainsaw-like sword forged using Ancient Sheikah technology. Its unique chainsaw-like design gives it impressive cutting power. Link can have it forged by Cherry at the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab after completing the side quest "Robbie's Research" for 1000 Rupees, 15 Ancient Screw, 5 Ancient Shafts, and 2 Ancient Cores.
It is a powerful weapon, capable of tackling most enemies in the game. Compared to the Ancient Battle Axe++, the Ancient Bladesaw deals 5 less damage but has over 15 more durability. Additionally more Ancient Bladesaws can be purchased from Cherry as long as Link has the necessary Guardian Parts and Rupees, thus Link can acquire replacements more easily.
