Armor Seeds are items from The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords. They are one of three types of Mystical Seeds. These diamond-shaped seeds are found randomly throughout Hyrule, most often by cutting grass or lifting rocks. If Link picks one up, his defense will be boosted temporarily until the end of the stage, offering better protection from enemy attacks.
