Armos Statues are recurring objects in the Legend of Zelda series. They are nearly identical in appearance to Armos, but show no signs of life. In most games, they can be moved and used to compress switches.

Appearances[]

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening[]

Armos Statues appear near the Ancient Ruins in the Face Shrine region. The Armos Statues that are actually real Armos can be moved by bumping into them with the shield. Armos Statues are usually a darker color than Armos.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask[]

Armos Statues commonly appear in dungeons. They look identical to dormant Armos, but can be pushed around and used to compress switches. Interestingly, they bear the Goron symbol on their forehead.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons[]

Armos Statues look identical to their Link's Awakening counterparts, but can be pushed around. In Oracle of Ages, Armos Statues are found near a fountain where a Great Fairy resides on Restoration Wall; Link can move a stone to divert the flow of water, which causes the statues to be partially submerged in water.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker[]

Armos Statues resemble Armos from The Wind Waker and appear in the Tower of the Gods as statues used to serve as weights.

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures[]

Armos Statues are found only in the Desert Temple. They can only be moved when all four Links push at once.

The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks[]

Armos Statues are found only in the Tower of Spirits. They serve as obstacles that can only be removed by having a Wrecker Phantom roll into them, effectively crushing them.
