Aroo is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. He is an Anouki who lives with the other members of his race in the Anouki Estates on the Isle of Frost.
Biography[]

Prior to Link's arrival on the Isle of Frost, a Crazy Yook stole Aroo's identity and used this disguise to spy on the village of the enemies of his race: the Anouki. After accusing the Crazy Yook of being an impostor, Link meets the real Aroo after completing the Temple of Ice. Aroo later sends Link a thank you letter and a Wisdom Gem as thanks for helping him and his tribe.
