Bella is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. She owns a café in Port Town where she sells various drinks. Like most residents of Port Town, she is very greedy, and will not speak to Tingle until he pays her 36 Rupees. After he does this, Bella will start purchasing various ingredients from him.
The Journalist, a frequent customer of Bella's café, can be found in different locations throughout the game, passed out. If Tingle purchases various juice recipes from Bella, he will be able to revive the Journalist.
