Bellum Blobs are enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. These enemies are purple blobs with yellow and red eyes; these blobs are suspended on stalks.
Bellum Blobs drop from the ceiling and attack Link during his battle with their master, Bellum. Their only methods of attack are to ram into Link or land on him when they drip from the ceiling, and they are easily dispatched with one strike from Link's sword. Like most weak enemies in the game, their attacks are rendered useless if Link equips Neri and uses Enhanced Defense.
Later, during the battle with the Ghost Ship, Bellum Blobs appear again in a larger form on the ship and attack the S.S. Linebeck with blobs of a lighter color. They attack by shooting blobs of light purple slime at the S.S. Linebeck and must be defeated with the Cannon to finish the battle. The Cannon can be used to shoot the blobs that are launched as projectiles to destroy them before they hit the ship.
