Benny is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. She is a Hylian traveler who can be found in the Hyrule Field region. Link can encounter her camped out on a small mountain on Mabe Prairie, south of Applean Forest.
Story[]
She is surprised to see another traveler brave enough to get that close to Hyrule Castle due to the monsters and Guardians around the area. She reveals to be an adventurer and treasure hunter, assuming Link is one as well. She advises him to use vantage points like the one they are standing on to survey his surroundings to find objects of interest. She also allows him to use her Cooking Pot to celebrate her good fortune of meeting someone else willing to brave the dangers of the area. Her camp acts as a safe place where Link can rest by the campfire and cook food.
