The Bombchu Bowling Alley is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It is located in the western section of Hyrule Castle Town's market, and is where Link can play the Bombchu Bowling mini-game for a fee of 30 Rupees once he has defeated the King Dodongo in Dodongo's Cavern.
The game is hosted by an unnamed woman, and the objective is to direct a Bombchu from the starting point, to a large target on the wall, all while attempting to avoid a Blade Trap and two Cuccos, one of which is unusually large. Every time Link hits the target on the wall, the wall collapses, revealing a further wall and another obstacle. If Link successfully knocks down both walls and hits the target on the far end of the room, he will receive either a Piece of Heart, Bombchu, Bombs, a Bomb Bag upgrade, or 50 Rupees. The prize is selected at random, and is not revealed until payment is made. If timed properly, hitting Cuccos with Bombchu may be profitable, as they are stunned for a short while afterward.
Interestingly, inside the Bombchu Bowling Alley there is a jukebox standing against the left wall, and the place is notably decorated with what appear to be neon signs. This seems very anachronistic compared to the rest of the medieval-themed Hyrule, and is one of the few examples of electric technology in the Legend of Zelda series.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time manga[]
When Link and a local girl (later revealed to be Princess Zelda) are having fun in the Market, one of the places they visit is the Bombchu Bowling Alley. When Link insinuates that Zelda could potentially be ugly, unknowingly insulting his new friend, Zelda covertly throws one of her Bombchus at him. This encounter would not be possible in the game, as the Bombchu Bowling Alley is not open during Link's first visit to Hyrule Castle Town.
