The Cap of the Sky is an item in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is head armor that can be randomly obtained from the Treasure Chests summoned by using the amiibo Rune with the Link Skyward Sword amiibo of The Legend of Zelda: 30th Anniversary series. It is part of the "Hero of the Sky" Hero's Clothes armor set along with the Tunic and Trousers of the Sky.
This thematic armor is a reference to Link from Skyward Sword, taking the set of clothes used by the senior students at the Knight Academy of Skyloft. Its description notes that according to legend it was once worn by a hero who appeared from The Sky riding a mighty bird referring to the ancient Skyloft-born hero who rode a Crimson Loftwing, served the Goddess Hylia, and played a key role in the creation of the legendary Master Sword.
