It'd be good to have in the case of characters like Zant and the Twinrova who are major villains but not actually final bosses, but as AK said it would be difficult to draw a line on what makes someone a villain. Do they have to show up multiple times? Talk? We could try to decide villains on a case by case basis, though that might be messy. On the other hand, I feel like most people's opinions on which villains are significant will probably be so close together that we could just go down the list of games and choose who we wanted to include without much trouble. If we can get over the difficultly of defining them, a villains category could work in my opinion.--FierceDeku 21:56, July 11, 2011 (UTC)
Proposal: Addition of Guide Characters[]
I think that a recurring type of character could be called and categorized as a Guide Character. for example, Navi, Tatl, Midna, Fi, etc. All these characters accompany and help Link on his quest. Thoughts?

The categories here are all positions held by characters like sage, prince, and queen. Pirates, to me, doesn't follow this pattern. Blacksmiths is also questionable. Being that these were created by RaphBlade7, I doubt anyone else agreed to these. Any objections to their deletion?
I fully agree. RaphBlade7 acted according to one's own will and made new categories and incorrectly added categories to article leading to several warnings and this discussion. He later continued to act according to one's own will, created these new categories and managed them incorrectly despite the advices, warnings and this discussion. I managed some of them but it remains others such as the ones you have found or this one Category:Champions.
