The Chef is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. As his title implies, he is a chef that owns a restaurant in Port Town with his wife, the Waitress. Like most residents of Port Town, he is very greedy, and will not speak to Tingle unless he is paid 15 Rupees.
During his adventure, Tingle can purchase various recipes from the Chef, as well as larger pots to add more ingredients to his creations.
When Tingle obtains all 28 recipes, the Chef rewards him with the Super Chef Hat.
