The Cyclone Slate is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Link can write special symbols on this rectangular stone slab to warp to various places throughout the World of the Ocean King via Cyclone.
Link receives the Cyclone Slate from Golden Chief Cylos on the Uncharted Island after completing the island's challenge. From here, he can track down the six Golden Frogs to learn the symbols that enable him to warp. Interestingly, the Cyclone Slate is similar in appearance to a Game Boy Advance cartridge.

Hyrule Warriors Legends[]
As part of the Phantom Hourglass & Spirit Tracks DLC, the Cyclone Slate appears as one of the Item Cards on the Grand Travel Adventure Map. When used on Golden Frogs it will reveal hidden enemies.
