Duke is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Like the rest of his family, Duke is a bridge builder. He works on the First Continent, and can build bridges to the separate islands if Tingle funds the construction. Duke is the youngest of his siblings, and hopes to build the most bridges to gain the favor of their father, the Foreman. When his father finds out that Duke made Tingle pay for the bridges, however, he shows his disappointment and forces his son to pay the Rupees back.
