The Dumbbell is a quest item from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. It is a weight once owned by Mamamu Yan and her shy dog. Link gives her the Doggie Mask, easing the dog's shyness, and Mamamu Yan gives Link the Dumbbell as recompense. The Dumbbell is later given to the Skinny Man in his house in Symmetry City to help him work out. This is part of the quest for the Noble Sword.
