The Foreman is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. He is a famous bridge builder, and the father of three children who strive to be as skilled as he is. When the Foreman finds out that his children forced Tingle to fund the construction of their bridges, he forces all of them to return the Rupees back to him. The Foreman also gives Tingle the Pickaxe as an apology.
His children often call him Gaffer, a synonym for "boss", but he dislikes this term and grows angry at them for doing so.
