So, does it fit in with one of the main Zelda timelines, or is it its own continuity like Hyrule Warriors?

I haven't found this memory yet (I only got the one with Duel Peaks in sight and the one looking at the bog from the mountain), but I heard one of them appears to reference Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time, and Twilight Princess, so this implies it's set in the Child Timeline.

Though Four Swords Adventures is also set in that timeline, and the latest incarnation of Ganon had not died by then, he just got sealed inside the Four Sword after Vaati's death. So, if it is set in the Child Timeline instead of an entirely new one, you have to wonder - is Calamity Ganon the Ganon seen in Four Swords Adventures, or was he released, killed, and reincarnated sometime after that? (Didn't they say like 10,000 years went by between Calamity Ganon's last appearance and his return?)

You could compare Vaati - he is quite obviously killed in Minish Cap, the History of Hyrule book even says so, yet he somehow returned to be sealed inside the Four Sword before the events of Four Swords. Obviously, some unseen event had an unknown minion revive him, and in the battle that followed, the minion was killed and Vaati was sealed. KillRoy231 (talk) 07:48, March 8, 2017 (UTC)

Though I also heard a rumor it's set in the "downfall" timeline of the original games, meaning he would be the reincarnation of Ganon from the original Legend of Zelda. Can someone please clear all this up? KillRoy231 (talk) 07:49, March 8, 2017 (UTC)
Best I can gather, it is in the Child Timeline, and Calamity Ganon is Ganon from Four Swords Adventures, released from inside the Four Sword somehow and transformed. KillRoy231 (talk) 03:30, March 9, 2017 (UTC)
