Alright, I need some huge help. For reasons I can't say, I need to know how many individual Links exist in the entire Legend of Zelda series. When I say this, I do mean individual Links based on the Official Timeline from Hyrule Historia.
I don't see this in any way as a spoiler, but you feel this way, stop reading now.
Based on the Official Timeline, I have, for sure, the following Links existing in the series:
Skyward Sword Link
Minish Cap Link
Four Swords Links (I count these as four individuals, for the sake of mathematical accuracy.)
Ocarina of Time Link
A Link to the Past Link
The Legend of Zelda Link (Being the one from the first two games released, The Legend of Zelda and the Legend of Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link.)
Twilight Princess Link
Wind Waker Link
Spirit Tracks Link
-Note- I do not count Four Swords+ Hyrule Adventure
My count of individual Links is 12.
For the record, I count Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time as one and the same. I count Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass as the same. I count A Link to the Past, Oracle of Seasons and Ages, and Link's Awakening as the same.
Please, anyone who can help me be sure that this is the correct count, try to confirm what I have posted above. If anyone can prove my count wrong, please say so, so I can be as accurate as possible. Any comment or help is appreciated.
