[[User:{{{name}}}|{{{name}}}]] – {{{sig}}} [[User talk:{{{name}}}|TALK]] I want opinions on this case:Im writing a fanfiction book,and i'll tell you PART of the story.It follows Majora's mask story line to to the part Link gets through the door in the Clocktown tower(Has not met the mask salesman yet).I squeezed MY character in the story,Kayla.The story goes on like the game but altered by me.Okay,Kayla is at least 16 years old,wanting to move out,and one night she hears screams...and finds herself in Termina where she finds Link.After traveling together(Im still writing on goron village),and she grows fond of him,like midna or tatl or ezlo...wait,off topic now.*clears throat* well anyway,at the end,when they take care of the moon,there's a big desicion that even I can't decide:She misses her other world and wants to go back....or this is where she belongs and she stays in Termina...really,i need a few opinions!Thank you for taking the time to read this.once my book is done ill post it on fanfiction.net,so Thanks and put your opinion down!

Well, I hate all fanficion, but if I had to choose, I'd say the hidden option 3 where skull kid kills Kayla and link goes super ONI LINK on skull kid.Hylianhero777 (talk) 12:05, April 7, 2010 (UTC)

First off; this is a Link x OC, which spells trouble all around. I know, my first proper Zelda fanfic was Link x OC. Second, this also sounds kind of a self-insert, which ALSO spells trouble all around. I agree with her. I'm not a big fan of fan-made stories, but I really wouldn't like to see a Majora's Mask one. Mind you, that Zeldapedia seems to attract Majora's Mask fans more than Ocarina of Time fans, so... might want to stay clear of incredible changes... I'm done ranting about something I'll probably never look at...

Woah, I leave for a couple hours and this turns into a fanfic sucks thread. Sorry if I made anyone mad. If I have to pick between the two, I'd say she stays in termina and says a really sappy goodbye to link, but before link leaves, she changes her mind, and runs after him and happily ever blah blah blah... you know.--Hylianhero777 (talk) 22:06, April 7, 2010 (UTC)

Only Chuck Norris himself could do that. I'm a fanfiction writer and i've been writing and reading fics for a long time, and I can see this just isn't going to turn out well. I've tried a Link x OC, and it doesn't work unless you really, really try hard not to make her a Mary-sue. And while I encourage you to write, because I love fanfiction, I really think your biting off more than you can swallow here.
