I think there is an error in the split timeline theory first I thought the split timeline was a great way to put them in a nice order but then i thought of this... How is it possible that Ganondorf has the triforce in the background cutscene where the sages try to kill him cause you get back in time in OoT and then Ganondorf hasn't yet stolen the triforce because you get sent back in time to prevent that so... please comment if i'm wrong.
- You're absolutely right about this. It's probably the biggest plot hole in the series. I explain it by saying that no one in Twilight Princess actually has a Triforce piece, and that the Triforce marks on people's hands are merely marks of being those chosen by the Gods. No one actually says that any part of the Triforce is in Twilight Princess at all, it's only implied, and Triforce symbols are known to appear on the hands of people who do not possess a piece, so it's plausible.--Fierce Deku (talk) 08:22, January 6, 2011 (UTC)
