Forum:Typing "Watercooler" in the search box

Forums: Index → Help desk → Typing "Watercooler" in the search box

I use to navigate to the "Watercooler" but simply just typing Watercooler in the search box. I was just curious if that was a redirect that was removed or if something else has changed. Old news. Wikia broke search. ~~Also, this is more so a help desk question, but it doesn't really matter.~~ Anyways, you now have to have the namespace in front of what you want to search or you have to have it correct. Wikia is just breakin' everything. – Jä zz i 15:06, January 8, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the response. I thought I put it in the help desk. I didn't realize they made changes to the search. That would also explain why I was having trouble getting to the infobox pages on another wiki the other day. --Birdman5589 (talk) 15:22, January 8, 2012 (UTC)

No problem. And no worries, I've found it's out of habit since most forum posts go into the Watercooler. And I don't think the first change was intentional, but it broke search almost completely. Now it's just a nuisance. Glad I could help! – Jä zz i 15:27, January 8, 2012 (UTC)
