Frelly is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. She can be found in Gerudo Town in the Gerudo Desert region of Hyrule, at the Southeast Booth of the Sand-Seal Rental Shop, where she works. Link can rent a Sand Seal from her for 20 Rupees. Additionally, for 50 Rupees she provides a shield for Link to use.
Frelly works alongside her mother Kohm and Essa, where she not only speaks to customers but trains sand seals, for both the rental and Sand-Seal Rallies. She puts her heart into training them and, as a result, they are faster than their wild counterparts.
