- "The mysterious tree on the edge of town bears Gale Seeds. They'll take you anywhere in a flash! They're a big help!"
- — A resident of Sunken City
Gale Seeds are items that appear in both The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons. These items are stored in the Seed Satchel along with other types of seeds. Gale Seeds resemble large gusts of wind and can be used to transport Link to any seed tree in Labrynna or Holodrum. In a dungeon, they can transport Link back to the start of the dungeon. Furthermore, they can be shot at enemies to warp them away.
There are two Gale Trees in Oracle of Ages, the first of which appears only in the present, while the second appears in both past and present. The first can be found in the middle of Symmetry City. The second Gale Tree can be found in extreme south-western Labrynna, on an island above the Zora Village.
There are also two Gale Trees in Oracle of Seasons. The first is found in the eastern part of the Sunken City, just north of the Moblin's Keep after Link defeats the Great Moblin within. The second tree can be found south of the Ancient Ruins, just after completing the correct path in the Lost Woods. The seeds only grow in the summer season.
