The Gnat Hat is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords. It is found on Item Podiums throughout the game. When equipped, it allows Link to shrink down to the size of a gnat, which is required to enter areas and walk on platforms that are too small for Link to access in his larger Hylian form. It is used prominently in the first area of the Hero's Trial's gold door.

The Gnat Hat is similar in function to Ezlo's ability to shrink Link to the size of a Minish in The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. It is also similar in appearance to the Magic Cap.
