The Golden Lynel is a special enemy from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. After Link talks to a certain Old Man, he is given the task of defeating the four golden beasts in Holodrum. One of these is the Golden Lynel, which resides in Tarm Ruins during the winter. It is more powerful than a generic Lynel, and if Link manages to defeat the Golden Lynel along with the other three golden beasts, he obtains the Red Ring.
