The Great Swamp is a location from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It is located in the southern portion of the Dark World. The Great Swamp is the Dark World's equivalent of the Swamp Ruins, and the water level of the Great Swamp changes to mirror that of the Swamp Ruins. Link can access the Swamp Palace in the Great Swamp, although as Sahasrahla tells him via a Telepathic Tile, he cannot progress very far unless he lowers the water level in the Light World.
