Guufo is a character from the manga based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He is a Watarara and the attendant to Prince Rouru. Because of this, he is in charge of finding Prince Rouru during the manga.
Guufo appears to be the link between Queen Elrora and her people, and sort of a combined adviser and helper.
Interestingly, Guufo's name is eye-catching, as it is phonetically the same as that of Vaati in the Japanese original. This could be explained by the connection to the wind both characters have, as they are not the same person.
