"A bird egg boiled using water from naturally occurring hot springs. It's popular among children and is easy to make."
— In-game description

The Hard-Boiled Egg is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restores Link's health with one-and-a-half Heart Containers. One is found at Hyrule Castle and Link can boil a Bird Egg by dropping it in a Hot Spring.

Hot Springs can be found primarily in the Eldin province, though Link can find secret hot springs in the Hebra Mountains region. A small Hot Spring can also be found northeast of Breman Peak and southwest of Mount Rozudo in the West Necluda region.

Two Hard-Boiled Eggs can be found as offerings at the small hot spring pools in the West Passage of Hyrule Castl. It Link places a Bird Egg in the empty offering pool it will boil and reveal a hidden Korok. Link can then take the Hard-Boiled Eggs for himself.
