Hinox Guts are items from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. They are dropped by Blue or a Black Hinox. Link can cook with them to create elixirs. They are also used in upgrading the Flamebreaker Helm Armor and Boots set, and the Soldier's Helm, Armor and Greaves tier 3 set via Great Fairies.
