The ingredients are as follows: Fresh Milk, Bird Egg, Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, and Courser Bee Honey.
Due to the honey being the defining part of the dish, and that it requires five ingredients, it can only be Energizing, providing a boost if Link's Stamina Gauge is depleted.
