The Hurdy-Gurdy Man is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. He dresses in festive clothing with a top hat, and is always seen playing what looks like a street organ, but which may be a hurdy gurdy, an instrument which also has a crank-turned wheel.
The Hurdy-Gurdy Man first approaches Link in Hyrule Town where he explains about Kinstones, and afterwards gives Link the Kinstone Bag. He will then be found in Mama's Cafe. The Hurdy-Gurdy Man can fuse Kinstones with Link several times.
