The Hylian Trousers are an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a leg armor found by Link in a Treasure Chest in the ruins surrounding the Temple of Time on the Great Plateau. Link can also purchase it from armor shops such as Enchanted in Kakariko Village and Vestest Clothing Boutique in Hateno Village.

The Hylian Trousers worn with the Champion's Tunic appear heavily in promotional artwork of Link for Breath of the Wild, as well as all cutscenes involving Link's past. However unlike the Champion's Tunic they are relatively common leg wear and are considered a part of the Hylian Armor set along with the Hylian Hood and Hylian Tunic, though it lacks a set bonus. As with the rest of the Hylian set, the Hylian trousers are an easily and cheaply obtained piece of armor that can be accessed early in the game, providing mid-level defence. However, later pieces of armor possess additional effects or better defence. Interestingly, it is unclear what happened to Link's pair he wore during the Great Calamity, though it is possible they were the pair left near the Temple of Time or were too damaged from Link's battles to be cleaned and repaired as the Champion's Tunic was as the Champion's Tunic was specially made while his Hylian Trouser where nothing more than normally Hylian legwear. Additionally promotional artwork for the Island Lobster Shirt also depicts Link wearing Hylian Trousers as the shirt lacks the corresponding trousers worn by the Hero of Winds at the start of The Wind Waker.
