The Ikana Royal Family is the ruling family of the land of Ikana in Termina in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. They have been cursed to live on perpetually as undead skeletons. It is not known for how long they have been cursed, but they refer to the originator of their curse as "the masked one". This most likely refers to the Skull Kid; however, the possibility that undead have existed in Ikana before the Skull Kid stole Majora's Mask remains open.

The Ancient Castle of Ikana is found at the top of Ikana Canyon. The only known member of the family is Igos du Ikana, but many servants of the army, along with the king's personal bodyguards, are present in the game. Link seeks the help of the kingdom in order to climb Stone Tower, but is treated as an enemy of the kingdom (the kingdom appears to be at war with the Garo). The castle is heavily guarded and Link can only enter from below via a cursed well. Inside the castle Link fights and defeats the King and his bodyguards. Having been freed from the curse, King Ikana teaches Link the "Elegy of Emptiness", a song that can create a heartless warrior that is needed to enter Stone Tower Temple.
