The Island Hearts Chart is a special Sea Chart from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. It denotes which islands contain a Piece of Heart and how many they contain. It can be found at the bottom of the Great Sea by using the Grappling Hook to bring up the Treasure Chest that contains it. It can only be found if Link has already found Treasure Chart 19.
