The Isle of Frost is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. It is a large island in the southeast corner of the World of the Ocean King. Completely covered in snow and ice, the Isle of Frost is inhabited by both the Anouki and Yook races. The Yook live on the east side of the Island where the Temple of Ice is located, while the Anouki live on the west side.

The Isle of Frost is initially surrounded by a wall of ice that must be destroyed with the cannon on the S.S. Linebeck in order for Link, Ciela and Linebeck to dock on the island. Link first visits the location when searching for one of the Pure Metals needed to forge the Phantom Sword.

After successfully figuring out the identity of the impostor Anouki Aroo, who is a Yook in disguise, Link proceeds to the Great Ice Field. There he defeats the Guardians of the Great Ice Field and gains access to the Temple of Ice to retrieve the second Pure Metal, Azurine, upon defeating Gleeok.
