The Journal of Various Worries is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a journal used by the Sheikah living at Kakariko Village to write down their worries or problems. They do so anonymously by using aliases, for example Paya uses "Papaya" as her birthname was inspired by her papaya seed-shaped birthmark.

Though aliases are used so the author can remain anonymous as it is essentially a public record, the identity of each author is obvious in most cases as their aliases often contain clues to their identity and/or occupation making it easy for local Sheikah villagers and Link once he becomes familiar with the village residents to figure out while most outsiders unfamiliar with the village residents would have difficulty as Cado, Dorian, and Paya are cautious of unfamiliar outsiders.

The book is found in Impa's house on a shelf, and provides clues leading to several side quests within Kakariko Village along with providing background information about various Sheikah living in Kakariko Village.
