King Zora's Chamber, also known as King Zora's Throne Room, is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. As its name implies, it is the chamber in Zora's Domain that King Zora XVI rules out of. In order to reach King Zora's Chamber, Link must follow the signs and climb the staircase within Zora's Domain. Once here, the hero spots King Zora XVI sitting atop a wall (which acts as his throne) with water from Zora's Fountain flowing beneath him. Link can stand on the platform in front of King Zora's "throne" to gain an audience, as he cannot talk to the King from any other location. Link must speak with King Zora XVI several times throughout his journey; most notably when he has to give him Princess Ruto's letter to gain entry to Zora's Fountain, after he thaws him from the Red Ice to obtain the Zora Tunic, and during the quest for Biggoron's Sword when he must retrieve an Eyeball Frog for the Lake Scientist.
Aside from King Zora XVI, there are very few other points of interest in the chamber; however, a Gossip Stone can be found beneath the platform Link stands on and the tunnel leading to the High Dive Practice Spot is located in the western section of the room.

Theory[]
Theory warning: This section contains theoretical information based on the research of one or several other users. It has not been officially verified by Nintendo and its factual accuracy is disputed.
Although never explicitly stated, that King Zora's Chamber and the Zora's Throne Room from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess are likely one and the same. It is possible that the chamber from Ocarina of Time was remodeled at some point before the events of Twilight Princess, which would account for differences in layout (such as the addition of a proper throne and a large pool in the center of the throne room, which feeds the waterfall of Zora's Domain).
Alternately, the Throne Room is actually part of Zora's Fountain and the original chamber was altered and/or removed.
