Kogoli is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. A member of the Rito tribe, he has eyes unusually larger than those of the average Rito.

Kogoli is always preoccupied with concerns about Dragon Roost Island, though he has never been seen acting on them.
Without any explanation given, Kogoli mysteriously disappears from Dragon Roost Island after Link defeats Jalhalla and awakens Medli as the sage of the Earth Temple. As such, a pictograph must be taken of Kogoli with the Deluxe Picto Box before this in order to fully complete the Nintendo Gallery during the current playthrough.
