Lookout Platforms are locations from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. These towers are scattered across the Great Sea and serve as small outposts used by various enemies such as Bokoblins, Kargarocs and Wizzrobes, who will attack trespassers on sight. Some Lookout Platforms are armed with Cannon Turrets, which attempt to sink passing ships. Lookout Platforms also have pots that can be broken for various items. Many Lookout Platforms yield Treasure Chests containing various items that sometimes require all enemies, and sometimes Cannon Turrets, to have been defeated.

The Platform Chart shows what sections of the Great Sea have Lookout Platforms, as well as how many are in that section.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl[]

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Lookout Platforms appear in the background of the Pirate Ship stage. They will fire cannonballs randomly at players when the ship passes by.

The Pirate Ship stage from Brawl returns as a DLC stage. In addition to the original stage from Brawl, this stage also has an Omega form (a simpler Final Destination-like stage that lacks any stage hazards other than falling) which takes place on the Lookout Platform. Barrels, Pots, and a Treasure Chest appear in the background. Tetra's Pirate Ship can be seen sailing in the background. Like the standard version, the weather occasionally changes. However this has no effect on the combatants.
