Mabe Village Library is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. It is found in Mabe Village, and contains a number of books in which Link can read to learn different things about the game. Its greatest significance is that it is home to Dark Secrets And Mysteries Of Koholint, a book with extremely tiny print. Link must conduct a trading quest to acquire the Magnifying Lens in order to read the book, which informs him how to navigate the Wind Fish's Egg.
Aside from quest related books, many other helpful books can be found in Mabe Village Library. These books include Auto Map and Memo Guide Book, Fun With Bombs, How To Handle Your Shield Like A Pro!, Secrets Of The Whirling Blade, Selecting The Item That's Right For You, and The Properties Of Warp Holes. These books are instructional books to help Link to become a better hero. In Link's Awakening DX, another book known as the Color Dungeon Book can be found on a high shelf. After Link knocks it down by running into the bookcase with the Pegasus Boots, its contents, regarding the order in which the tombstones in the Cemetery must be pushed to enter the Color Dungeon, may be read.
