The Master Sword Lv3 is a recurring sword in the Legend of Zelda series. It is the form Link's Master Sword takes after receiving two significant upgrades.

The Master Sword, fully restored by the prayers of the Wind Sage
After Link tries to confront Ganondorf in the Forsaken Fortress, it is revealed the Master Sword has lost most of its power when Ganondorf killed the two Sages of the Master Sword. After powering up the sword half way using Medli's prayers in the Earth Temple, Link brings Makar into the depths of the Wind Temple where he becomes a new sage. This increases the power of Link's Master Sword allowing him to deal more damage to enemies. The gem set into the sword also glows along with the blade itself signifying its increased strength. Using the fully powered Master Sword, Link is able to destroy the barrier surrounding Hyrule Castle and reach Ganon's Tower.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds[]
Link can upgrade the Master Sword Lv2 to this form by bringing Lorule's Blacksmith two chunks of Master Ore. It deals more damage than before and gains a golden blade similar to the Golden Sword. As well as its blade changing color, the beams it fires do as well.
