Story[]

Spoiler warning: Plot or ending details follow.

After Link returns from Tail Cave, he finds that Moblins have raided Mabe Village and kidnapped Bow-Wow, Madam MeowMeow's pet. After entering the Moblin Cave and clearing a few small rooms of enemies, Link confronts the King Moblin himself. A short battle proceeds, and Bow-Wow is freed after the Moblin's defeat.

After Link has saved Bow-Wow, he holds onto its chain and lets it leap around, eating any foes nearby. It can devour any enemy, including the Goponga Flowers guarding the entrance to the Bottle Grotto. Upon her pet's return, Madam MeowMeow thanks Link and rewards him with a kiss.
