Mrs. Ruul is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. She is the wife of Mayor Ruul, the mayor of Horon Village.
Biography[]

Mrs. Ruul can be found in her villa in Holodrum Plain. It is accessed during the portion of the game in which Link must choose Ricky, Dimitri, or Moosh as a partner.
When Link speaks to her, she complains about the summer heat and states that her prized Soothing Pool is no longer helping her. If Link goes on to show her the Ghastly Doll, she remarks that it is so ghastly it sends chills down her spine, effectively cooling her down. This sequence is part of the trading quest for the Noble Sword, as Mrs. Ruul gives Link the Iron Pot in return for the Ghastly Doll.
