Mystery Jade is a Material that appears in The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes.
It is piece of jade in the shape of a Magatama and is one of the materials needed to create the Queen of Hearts and Linebeck's Uniform at Madam Couture's shop.

The Mystery Jade may be based on magatamas made during Japan's Kofun period, which were almost exclusively made out of jade.
They are also similar to the similarly shaped and mysterious Amber Relic and Dusk Relic which appear as Materials in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. There may be some kind of unknown connection between these three mysterious materials due to their similar shape and unclear origins.
