"A weapon that defeats foes with one hit (Except for Talus), and causes the user to die in one hit. It loses its sheen and power after two consecutive uses, but will eventually regain both."
— In-game description

The One-Hit Obliterator is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a weapon obtained upon installing the "The Champions' Ballad" DLC pack and heading to the Shrine of Resurrection after freeing all of the Divine Beasts. Link is forced to wield this weapon as part of a trial to test his worth, and he cannot carry the weapon outside the trial. In fact, while the weapon remains in the Shrine of Resurrection after the trial's completion, he cannot wield it again. As the trial is limited to the Great Plateau, he cannot carry the weapon beyond the Plateau.

A trident-like weapon, this weapon has infinite attack power, meaning that it can defeat foes in one hit (Except for talus). While two consecutive uses of the weapon immediately reduces its power to 1, it enters a quick recharging state, signified by the weapon's glow. Acquiring the weapon saps all of Link's health to only one-fourth of a heart, so as long as he is carrying the weapon, one hit can kill him.
