The Palm Fruit is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Its shape is similar to that of a Heart. It is a curative item that restores Link's health by refilling one Heart Container. Link can cook with it and can find some of them around Campfires on beaches near the Gleeok Bridge.
